Returns & Exchanges

Before You Order

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order. Our garments are designed with specific fits and measurements, and size-related exchanges are only accepted in verified cases.

Size-related claims without valid proof may not be accepted. Customers are advised to verify all sizing details before checkout.

Exchange Eligibility

GRWMO currently offers exchanges only. Refunds are not available under normal circumstances.

Exchange requests are accepted only for valid and verified reasons approved by our support team.

Exchange Request Window

Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, products must be returned in their original condition including:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Original tags intact
  • Original packaging preserved
  • No stains, perfume, marks, or damage
All exchange products are inspected by the GRWMO team before approval. Exchanges may be rejected if the product condition does not meet our standards.

Free Exchange Policy

If your exchange request is verified and approved by our team, the exchange process will be completely free of charge.

Sale & Limited Products

Products purchased during sale events, limited drops, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect color, or wrong size sent by GRWMO, we will provide a free exchange after verification.

Customers must record a clear unpacking video while opening the package. This video is mandatory for verification and claim approval.

Exchange approval for damaged or incorrect items is subject to verification of the unpacking video and order details by our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Dispatch usually takes approximately 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Important Notes

  • GRWMO reserves the right to reject suspicious or invalid exchange claims.
  • Products returned without approval may not be accepted.
  • Slight color variation due to screen settings or photography lighting is considered normal.
